Please inspect packages immediately upon delivery. If your package/product arrives in damaged / unacceptable condition, refuse the shipment and contact Xtreme 9000 Finishes immediately.

The customer is responsible for visually inspecting the product for the correct color match before application. If you are not satisfied in any way with a product from Xtreme 9000 Finishes, you may exchange or return the item in new condition within 30 days from the date the order was shipped. Any and all returns must be authorized by Xtreme 9000 Finishes. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted. If a product can not be returned in resellable condition, this voids the return policy. Please contact us for return instructions.

When an item has been returned in accordance with this policy, a product refund will be processed back to the buyer's credit card used. We will not refund shipping charges.

Shipping charges are not refundable. Once the package has been shipped, shipping charges and return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer unless the item shipped does not match the invoice.

The customer is responsible for the condition of all returned items. All merchandise returned to Xtreme 9000 Finishes that has been damaged, as a result of return shipping, will not be credited. To avoid this inconvenience, please purchase insurance for all return packages.

If for any reason you need to return merchandise, you must contact Xtreme 9000 Finishes prior to shipping it in order to receive proper instructions and authorization. If possible, simply send your return request as a reply to your shipping confirmation email. Any returns received without prior notification may be refused.
